We are pleased to announce a web-site of Virtus Global Center for Corporate Governance. Establishment of the Center was initiated by researchers linked to the international network of Publishing house "Virtus Interpress" in 2014. By this time the Center was a part of Virtus Interpress and all projects of the Center were financed by Virtus Interpress too. The international network of experts in corporate governance and related fields increased up to 2500 during last two years. We found reasonable to upgrade the formal status of the Center and transform it into the legal entity.

This web-site is a formal evidence of success of our efforts in this way. As a legal entity the Center will be able to unite efforts of its network members for various formal research projects, promote formally various training projects in the field of corporate governance, take part in the programs of external funding for researching together with its network members.

Being a legal entity, Virtus Global Center for Corporate Governance is still a reliable, startegic partner of Publishing house "Virtus Interpress" to unite its efforts in arranging international conferences and promoting the profiles of its international network members worldwide!
