The upcoming online conference will focus on a variety of crucial issues of corporate governance under conditions of global lockdown, i.e., corporate regulation, earnings management, IT governance, financial reporting, accounting, audit, corporate social responsibility and compliance, board of directors’ practices, disclosure and transparency issues, shareholders’ rights, etc. The main goal of the conference is to provide an interdisciplinary outlook on the above-mentioned themes and to invoke discussion of them that is a major value of the scholarly research. The full list of key topics is available following the link.
You are invited to submit an extended abstract of the paper (400-1000 words) or a full paper (up to 6000 words), including the title and affiliation by e-mail:

We’ll continue following our strategy regarding the publication of the conference proceedings where all the extended abstracts accepted for presentation at the conference will be published. The conference proceedings will be Open Access, which provides the best opportunities for the research to make the biggest impact on the academic community. You may find examples of the proceedings of the previous conferences here: "New Challenges in Corporate Governance: Theory and Practice" and "Corporate Governance: Examining Key Challenges and Perspectives".
All the papers presented at the conference may be also published in one of the special issues of the Virtus Interpress journals. These papers will be subject to a separate double-blind reviewing process after the conference.
