Virtus Global Center for Corporate Governance was initiated by researchers linked to the international network of the Publishing house "Virtus Interpress" in 2014. The international network of experts in corporate governance and related fields increased significantly during the last years. The Center is aimed to unite efforts of its network members for various formal research projects, promote formally various training projects in the field of corporate governance, take part in the programs of external funding for researching together with its network members. The Center successfully runs its activity and concentrates on the issues of corporate governance and regulation, particularly in banks and financial institutions. We expect that the previous achievements of the Center will be multiplied by Virtus Global Center for Corporate Governance to the benefits of its members.
