During 28-31 of March a representative of Virtus Interpress and Virtus Global Center for Corporate Governance – Dr. Yulia Lapina visited University of Pisa by the invitation of Prof. Giovanna Mariani. During the visit Dr. Lapina made series of lectures for Master students on the following topics:

Minority shareholders rights remedies: the role of risk governance and control;
Lecture on Risk Management and Corporate Governance in Investment Banking Sphere.

Also, during the visit Dr. Lapina held a meeting with Prof. Luca Spataro - the coordinator of the international programs at the Dipartimento di Economia e Management, University of Pisa. During the meeting key details of the possible joint workshop, cooperation in terms of lectures, books publication and research were discussed.
